Victoria is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Urban Planning. She grew up in Lynchburg and has great personal experiences with the Lynchburg City School system. Having previously spent time in the renovation and development industry, Victoria can see the potential in almost any property. As a proud historic homeowner herself, Victoria specializes in historic homes and neighborhoods especially in the downtown and Rivermont areas. She is an active member of several downtown organizations including the Downtown Lynchburg Association, as well as a strong supporter of several local humane societies.
